Warranty:

• 10 years limited manufacturer warranty.

• Warranty applies to residents of United States only.

• No warranty for physical damage.

• All units require professional installation.  Installer must be certified.  Registration card will be sent in the package, this card should be filled by the certified HVAC technician.

• Air-Con is only responsible for warranty issues due to defects in the product.  If a defect is the result of improper installation, the repair will not be covered by warranty.  It is the responsibility of the installer.

• Installer must be able to provide proof of licensing / certification if requested by Air-Con.

Exchange and Return Policy:

• All freight must be inspected at time of delivery. Customer must inspect freight at the time of delivery and reject all damaged units (if any)!

• For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 15 days of receiving the product.

• Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement to you without additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.

• Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied and $180.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.

• No returns allowed if unit has been installed.

• Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.

• For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.  Any returns without the return number will be rejected.

• This item will be shipped directly from manufacturer's warehouse via trucking service within 2 business days of receiving your order.

• Please provide a daytime phone number upon checkout where you can be reached by freight company.

• Air-Con does not ship this unit to Hawaii and Alaska
