i like this fan so much that i ordered another one. we're in the middle of a heat wave and i have several fans but this one is definitely my favorite, even with the a c on my house gets pretty stuffy and the extra air flow makes the room more comfortable. it's also nice that you can face the two in different directions.

This fan not only is cute (it looks like a little robot sitting in the corner), it runs quietly. We placed it in a doorway with the top pointing towards the kitchen and the bottom pointing into the living room. Within a few minutes both rooms felt more comfortable. It was lovely to sit in a room with moving air that did not feel like a wind tunnel! We are seriously considering purchasing a second one for the landing in the stairwell since it is compact and does much better job than our pedestal floor fan.
