SPT dehumidifiers remove moisture from the musty air so you can enjoy year-round comfort in your home or office. Humidity level for this unit can be set as low as 35% with Normal or Turbo fan speed. Features a retractable lifting handle, washable air filter and casters for easy mobility.

Exchange and Return Policy:

For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 5 days of receiving the product.

Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will send a new replacement to you without any additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.

Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $35.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.

Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.

For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Any returns without the return number will be rejected.

This is a great unit with humidity level can be set as low as 35% on normal or turbo fan speed. This unit is Energy Star rated, with digital humidity readout, electronic controls, washable filters and a 5-liter water-collection tank. This model will operate at temperatures as low as 41 F. The water tank features a retractable lifting handle, which makes so easy to lift up the tank.

Compact, Effective, Energy Efficient, Lightweight, Quiet. Use in a damp basement. Dryed it out in about a week. Empty it twice a day. Lots of water taken from the air.
