Exchange and Return Policy:

For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will send a new replacement to you without any additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.
Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $35.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.
Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.
For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Any returns without the return number will be rejected.

Product is as advertised. It extracts 46 pints in 48 hours in my apartment. I'm surprised at how much moisture there is. No breakdowns or malfunctions so far. Only con is that it is loud. Therefore I run it on a timer during the day when at work , then off at night.

Worked great in our house that we recently purchased, since our place had damp areas where mold was growing. We got rid of the mold by thoroughly cleaning the area and this dehumidifier helps to keep them from growing back. The UV light works great eliminating bacteria that may lay around our house, keeping our family and our dog healthier.

Really like the size of this unit and it starts right up when you plug it in. Easy to operate and move to any location n the house. It is quiet for a dehumidifier. Only complaint is that the plastic shield to direct air flow is flimsy. We tried to redirect the flow and it fell off. When you try to put it back on it is difficult and one pin broke. Luckily the shield is more window dressing, as the unit works well without it. It has a nice extra feature of an ionizer to purify the air. Not sure if this really works, but we have all breathed easier since we have run this dehumidifier in our home.

Hi, Wish I would have bought 3 of these instead of NOISY COMPRESSOR TYPES. I have to run all 3 dehumidiers in my house almost continuously (2 Compressor types & this wonderful quiet SPT) to keep the humidity under 50% keeping the Mold growth at bay (Not Fun!) This quiet unit is perfect for the bedroom or living room and the added UV is a fanstastic plus. Also the current humidity readout on the unit is accurate! - checked against another gauge I have. Very Nice - would not hesitate to buy again!
