Recommended temperatures for chilling wine:
Full Red (59 ~ 65°F)
Light Red (54 ~ 57°F)
White & Rose (46 ~ 57°F)
Sparkling Wine & Champagne (41 ~ 47°F)
*Note: As this unit cannot cool below 52°F, may not be suitable for sparkling wine & champagne.

Exchange and Return Policy:

• For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within three days from the date of receiving the product
• For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $40.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable.  It will be deducted from the refund
• No refunds will be issued after 15 days of receiving the products
