Return Policy: 

• For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.  Any returns without the return number will be rejected.
• Returns must be in brand new, unopen and in original packaging with all the accessories. 
• No returns allowed if unit has been installed, assembled or used. 
• Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 35% restocking fee will be applied for all returns and $210.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable.
• Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.
• No refunds will be issued after 15 days of receiving the products.
