Warranty:

• Manufacturer will replace missing and defective parts.
• All damaged products or missing parts must be reported within 5 days from the date of receiving it.

Return Policy: 

• For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.  Any returns without the return number will be rejected.
• Returns must be in brand new, unopen and in original packaging with all the accessories. 
• No returns allowed if unit has been installed, assembled or used. 
• Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returns, and the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.
• No refunds will be issued after 15 days of receiving the products.

• This item will be shipped directly from manufacturer's warehouse via trucking service within 2 to 5 business days of receiving your order. 
• Landmann does not ship this unit to Hawaii and Alaska.
