Each product is further warranted to function properly under normal conditions of use for a period of 90 days from the date of consumer purchase or receipt. Oceanstar Design reserves the right to modify its warranty at any time, in its sole discretion.
- All damaged products must be reported within 5 days from the date of receiving it.
Return Policy:
- For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Returns must be in brand new, unopen and in original packaging with all the accessories.
- No return on any used or assembled merchandise.

Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returns and $18.00 shipping charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable.
