• Oceanstar Design Group Inc. has carefully examined and inspected each product at the time of manufacturing and warrants each product to be free from defects in workmanship at the time of shipment. Each product is further warranted to function properly under normal conditions of use for a period of 90 days from the date of consumer purchase or receipt. Oceanstar Design reserves the right to modify its warranty at any time, in its sole discretion.
• All damaged products must be reported within 5 days from the date of receiving it.

Return Policy:

• For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.
• Returns must be in brand new, unopen and in original packaging with all the accessories.
• No return on any used or assembled merchandise.
• Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returns and $15.00 shipping charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable.
• Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.
• No refunds will be issued after 15 days of receiving the products.
