Detailed Description

Soleus Air's 4 Season Appliance. This portable unit is an air conditioner, heat pump, dehumidifier and fan all in one unit. Evaporative technology on this model allows for any condensation to be vented outside automatically so there is no need to empty a bucket. Portable unit can be placed in any room that has outside venting. The air conditioner provides 13,000 BTU's of cooling power with an adjustable digital thermostat from 64 degrees to 90 degrees. Quiet 3 speed fan with WaveFlo oscillating vents. 24 hour programmable timer. Full-function remote control with Smart Chip technology. Unit also includes easy rolling casters, washable air filter and window venting kit. Dehumidifier extracts up to 60 pints of humidity per day.

Exchange and Return Policy:

For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement to you without additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.
Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $50.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.
Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.
For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Any returns without the return number will be rejected.

Powerful air conditioner that takes care of an open living area

To be clear, I have used just the fan and the airconditioning features so far. I have not yet used just the dehumidifier nor the heater. I have the unit in living area that is a little under 500 square feet, but that is also open to the dining room, kitchen, and bathroom, as well as the stairs going up to the 2nd floor. If I go to the point in the kitchen farthest from this unit, I can still easily detect it's cooling influence. I have it parked inches from the window it exhausts out of and pulls in compressor cooling air through. Because this window is so narrow, I had to do a little fancy footwork to get the adapters to fit. I cut the double adapter in two, and have the two pieces pared down and taped one on top of the other. (BTW, the adapters are a piece of cake to cut through if even all you have is a PVC hand saw.) I am located in CT, and it has been even more humid this summer than usual. Yet, I have not experienced this terrible leaking I've read some complaints about. I haven't had to drain anything. I do get some condensation around the vents, but that's really it. In any case, I've been very happy with this unit. I'm happy with its cooling capacity. I look forward to testing it's heating abilities.

Works Great, I received this unit and it does the job, COLD / HOT, just couldn't ask for anything better, the remote control is simple to use, if your worried about it arriving in one piece let me tell you the packaging is the best I've ever seen, I even ordered a second one for another room, if your looking for a portable unit that does the job, then this is the one, you'd be crazy to buy anything else.

I purchased this unit for cooling my bedroom. The room is approx 500 Sq ft with vaulted ceilings. The unit was easy to setup, install in window with dual hoses and insulation covers. I am really happy with unit so far, it has reduced the temp in bedroom from 89-90 without unit to a cool 74. I have not had any problems at all with unit.
