Exchange and Return Policy:

• For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within five days from the date of receiving the product
• Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will send a new replacement to you without additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.
• Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $55.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.
•  Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.
• For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within five days from the date of receiving the product.   Any returns without the return number will be rejected.
• No refunds will be issued after 15 days of receiving the products.
