Exchange and Return Policy:
- Returns for refund: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $9.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable.

Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.

For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Any returns without the return number will be rejected.
