For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 5 days of receiving the product.

DOA (Dead on arrival) Exchange: If item is defective or damaged during transit, we will send a new replacement to you without any cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.

Returns for refund: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $50.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.

Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.

For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Any returns without the return number will be rejected.
