Simply place the ingredients, prepared by you herblist, into the cooker and add the specified amount of water, plug in the unit and your medicine will automatically be reduced to one bowl, as prescribed! Automatically switches to Keep Warm.

For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 5 days of receiving the product.

Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement to you without additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.

Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $15.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.

Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.

For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Any returns without the return number will be rejected.

I'm in my 70's and am very forgetful. This has save me a lot of money and time, because I usually burn everything. Now, if you can invent a memory activator, let me know.

I literally can't live without this herbal cooker. I brew herbs 12 out of 14 days and was trying to do it in a stainless steel pot on the stove. The Herbal Medicine Cooker brews the herbs so well that I only have to drink 1/3 of a cup 3 times a day instead of 1 cup 3 times a day. It is totally automatic, so I just have to check the indicator lights now and then and can continue doing other things without worrying.

This cooker is purchased for my wife to cook the traditional Chinese herbal medicine. This machine is well made, performed all tasks described well, and easy to clean.
