For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 5 days of receiving the product.

Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will send you the pre-paid return shipping label for you to send it back and a new replacement will be send to you without additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.

Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $55.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.

Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.

For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Any returns without the return number will be rejected.

Great value with a sleek contemporary look is used in a small office. Quite operation great for a dorm room or small apartment too. Lightweight and easy to move, compact and easy to place just about anywhere.

This is a beautiful fridge!, Holds alot too! Fits on the lower shelf of a stainless steel table I have used as an island. I would totaly recomend this! Great price too!
