SPT dehumidifiers remove moisture from the musty air so you can enjoy year-round comfort in your home or office. Humidity level for this unit can be set as low as 35% with Normal or Turbo fan speed. Features a retractable lifting handle, washable air filter and casters for easy mobility.

Exchange and Return Policy:

For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will send a new replacement to you without any additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.
Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $35.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.
Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.
For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Any returns without the return number will be rejected.
No refunds will be issued after 15 days of receiving the products.

I purchased this dehumidfier based on price, size and the reviews here. I could not have gotten a better deal for my money. Within 24 hours the humidity in my basement went from 83% to 46% and I had to empty the water 3 times. I needed something small so that the water container would not be so heavy that I could not lift it to the stationary tub. (More frequent emptying vs back strain) This is perfect for me. I was amazed at how fast this little unit could get to work and make a noticeable difference. I had priced other units online from the big box hardware stores. Even though they had one that was a bit less money, by the time they added shipping cost it was a lot more money than this unit. The price listed here is the final price, not a penny more.

I am very impressed with this model. I thought about getting one of the larger volume models, but I am glad that I chose this one as it works great! We use it in the basement, and within a day the musty smell was gone. It also improves the freshness of the air throughout the house. Good product! Good value!

This "no brand" dehumidifier is a workhorse! It works exactly as stated and I am buying more! I purchase a Whirlpool dehumidfier that did diddly-squat. After four hours the bucket was dry as the Sahara. Their help line was no help at all. They said I was suppose to run it 24/7. Geez, why does the 'no brand' dehumidifier have water in the bucket in less than 2 hours? I live in the middle of a tropical rain forest, so I know humidity when I feel it!
