Great indoor griller

I love this roaster/griller! I grill a lot of fish, and this is wonderful in that it you don't need to turn the fish (or meat) over. Only set back is that you can't have very thick slices of meat or very fat fish since there is a heating element both on top and at the bottom. The top element can char the area of the fish/meat if it touches. But you can always cover these areas with a bit of foil. Make sure you have a little water on the tray all the time when using, so that whatever you're grilling won't smoke. Just be careful when cleaning the ceramic filter...it breaks easily when bumped, like I did when I hit the counter when I was shaking off water after washing. You can get replacement, but it's $20 with the shipping and handling. Otherwise, it heats fast and turns off automatically at 30 minutes, for safety. You can always add more time for cooking. It's so easy to clean, as the whole thing dismantles.

It isn't as refined as the Panasonic model of fish grill but this one seems to do its job.
