Exchange and Return Policy:

For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement to you without additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.
Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $15.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.
Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.
For returns, please fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Any returns without the return number will be rejected.
No refunds will be issued after 15 days of receiving the products.

This does everything, love it.,

I decided to buy this instead of an electric wok, so happy I did. This does everything from steaming vegetables to boiling water for pasta.We are using this more than the stove top. Very easy to clean, which is always a plus. In the picture it looks like the pan is similar to a grill, however both pans we received had flat bottoms. Don't bother reading directions as they can be confusing, something must have been lost in the translation. Just figure it out on your own.
