Exchange and Return Policy:

For damaged or defective unit, please contact rma@pc4usa.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
Defective Exchange: If item is defective, we will send a new replacement to you without additional cost. Exchange will only be made with the same model.
Returns: Customers are responsible to ship unit back to manufacturer's warehouse at their own expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and $40.00 shipping and handling charges that included in the original selling price are non-refundable regardless if unit is defective.
Once product is shipped, refused package is considered as returns as well and return policy will be applied.

I was really upset becuase suddenly, working out and a healthy diet were not enough any more to keep lean certain areas of my body. So I decided to try this type of massager and I bought it 3 years ago. I still use it, especially during Spring, to shape and get rid of excess fat I build up during the winter. It has worked for me: it really shapes and indeed I do loose inches. However, I am sure that I would not see results if I did not keep up with my excercises and good balanced meals.

I have to admit, we were skeptical about the sheer amazingness of this TWO PERSON belt massager. There is a lot of public sentiment regarding the supposed ineffectiveness of this kind of "passive" exercise. Well, let me tell you, there's nothing "passive" about being strapped into this bad boy with one of your favorite friends. Holy cow! I also recommend using a lot of baby oil. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating, this the most amazing tool for changing your entire philosophy of life. I don't think it actually gets rid of fat, but I'm too busy screwing around with this thing to eat, and I've lost about 70 pounds so far.

This massager is great! It works out those tight, achy muscles. We use it several times a day. First thing in the morning and before bed to get loosened up. Also any time you need a good rub down to relax that sore, tired feeling away after a day of work or play. It's even great on your feet and calves!
